For example, Amethyst is used for calming the mind and enhancing spiritual awareness, while Rose Quartz is associated with love and emotional healing. In a crystal healing session, stones are placed on or around the body to align energy centers and remove blockages.
Crystal healing is often used alongside other holistic practices to support overall wellness, reduce stress, and enhance meditation. Though scientific evidence is limited, many people find that working with crystals brings them peace, clarity, and balance.

8-Day Crystal Healing Course (Professional + Master)
Total duration 16 hours (8 days, 2 hours each) — 4 days basic, 4 days advanced. This course follows key principles outlined by major crystal healing organizations such as the Affiliation of Crystal Healing Organizations (ACHO), Crystal Therapy Council (CTC), and the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT), introducing the foundational knowledge required for professional practice and personal healing.
